A man murdered another man over a game of beer pong.  Beer pong, a popular drinking game, can become quite heated.  The website Lowering The Bar discusses the backlash one state legislator received after trying to ban the game a couple of years ago.  Maybe, the legislator should have considered the problem is the drinking rather than the game.

ABA Journal: A judge suspended a lawyer after the lawyer had been found practicing law without a license.  The lawyer told the judge he never opened the letter he received from the Pennsylvania State Bar, because of a messy, unorganized office.  Moral of the story, always be vigilant and open those letters from state licensing agencies.
