Wall St. Journal: “The city of Glendale, Ariz., could be left with nothing but an empty arena if the Phoenix Coyotes high-tail it out of town at the end of the National Hockey League season. Attorneys for former Coyotes owner Jerry Moyes said the city shouldn’t receive a dime from the team’s bankruptcy estate because it passed on a $50 million payment from a rival bidder and instead backed the NHL’s effort to keep the team in the Phoenix suburb, the Arizona Republic reported.”
