On December 8, 2010, the United States Supreme Court will hear arguments in Chamber of Commerce v. Candelria, the case that questions the constitutionality of Arizona’s 2007 Legal Arizona Workers Act.   The law provides that the employer that knowingly hire illegal aliens can lose their licenses.
