Tulsa News story says a man who injured his shoulder and arm in a bicycle crash won a jury verdict of $1.1 million against the manufacturer of the bike.  The jury bought the argument that the front fender was defective despite the fact a motor was attached to what was supposed to be a pedal powered bike.
