The next time you are in close proximity with another person and you get the urge to pass gas, don’t do it.  Brian Bruggeman had the urge and let it rip, but his cellmate Jesse Dorris did not appreciate the aroma.  Jesse started a fight with Brian and now Brian has been charged with assault by a confined person, a felony that could bring up to five years of jail time.  See “Inmate Faces Preliminary Hearing on Charge of Aggregated Flatulence.”
