A student suspected of smoking who dropped massive F bombs on the principal was charged with three criminal misdemeanors for the crime of interfering with staff, faculty or students of an educational institution. The student allegedly called the principal a f*****, a fag, and a f****** fag. The potty mouth youth’s public defender’s defense is that the law violates the student’s rights of free speech under the U.S. and Colorado constitutions. The public defender filed a Motion to Dismiss the Constitutionality of F***, “F*****” and “F****** Fag” in which he gives a complete history of the origins and use of the F word since the year 1500. The case is Colorado v. C.L., a Child.
